Procedure CommentWindow(X,Y:Word;Comment:String)

    A  window  is  opened   at   X,Y   and   the  comment  is  displayed.
    The  user  must  then  either  click  on  Okay  or  the  close window
    button before control is returned to the program.

    Make sure there is plenty of memory available.
